Backstory - I love business, negotiating, analytics, and house hunting. Prior to meeting Keith, I always felt like I could represent myself and probably do just fine. Then I cold called about a property and spoke with Keith, who was the selling agent. While that property was already sold, I was so impressed with Keith that I immediately told my wife we needed him to represent us.
This was the best decision we've made other than moving to Austin. The market is, and will continue to be, extremely competitive. You need to be ready to strike fast and make a major decision fast. You will likely not have a second chance to change your bid, which means you NEED someone with all the analytical skills, local knowledge, relationships, and confidence to guide you in your one offer while protecting you from overpaying. Keith is the consummate professional. He is an A+ communicator, organized, punctual, detailed, flexible, patient, and generous with his time. He treats you like longtime friends and always has the bigger picture in mind. He is cool, calm, and kind when things are hectic and stressful. He is one of those very rare people who would be successful in any field.
I didn't know Keith prior, or have any common contacts. I'm not from this area, and we just got very lucky with finding him. If there is any question, just call him and introduce yourself. Within 5 minutes you will get it.
